Fit Mums 6 Week course

WHO: 20-45 year old women who are 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum, have some experience of lifting and want to get back to the gym!
WHAT: A 'return to lifting' program that will gently reintroduce mobility work, core activation work and resistance training in a controlled and carefully thought-through way. We will also offer support and guidance on nutrition offering education around how to correctly fuel your body in this new phase. These are small group training sessions (limited to 6 people) led by an experienced female S&C coach. Bring along baby and we will make sure there is a safe space for them near you so you can train without needing childcare.
WHY: Before having your baby, you were a regular at the gym. You want to get back to feeling fit and strong but need guidance, motivation and support.
