This is a 12 week strength programme designed to improve lifting technique and strength development.​

Is this course suitable for me?

Fit Strong is a weight training program suitable for complete beginners or advanced lifters, looking for accountability and to add numbers to their lifts. Anyone can join!

What can I expect? 

You'll attend 3 x small group sessions a week with a focus on the 3 main lifts; squat, bench and deadlift. You'll perform accessory exercises with reps and sets designed to help you build strength. Week 1 & 2 will be a technique masterclass and bespoke goal setting with your coach. You'll also test for your 3 rep max on the main lifts.

What is included and what does it cost?

The course runs for 12 weeks and includes 3 x weekly sessions. You'll receive assessments and accountability from your coach for just £75 per month. Which works out at £6 per class!

T&C's

After you've graduated your Fit Strong course, you'll have the option to continue your training and complete another course or sample some of our other classes on offer!
